A highly accomplished land and Development Executive with over 12 years of extensive experience providing strategic leadership in surveying and mapping, environmental management and land use planning across Tanzania. Proven expertise in leading multidisciplinary projects, driving sustainable land development initiatives, coordinating with government authorities and development stakeholders and translating technical expertise into practical, investment-ready development solutions.

A seasoned land and property development executive with over 10 years of extensive experience in the professional management and execution of land sales projects across major cities in Tanzania including Dar es Salaam, Dodoma and Mwanza. The founder and CEO of Mrisho Consult Ltd providing strategic leadership in land sales, property development, project management and client engagement, with a strong focus on delivering credible, well-managed and value-driven land investment opportunities.
